The Fissler frying pan is made of aluminum, a material that makes it lightweight, particularly resistant to rust and very fast to heat up. We recommend that you choose this frying pan if you want to cook 1-2 portions of food. It would be preferable to use the pan on small stoves, for greater control of the heat during cooking. To maintain the non-stick coating in good condition, we advise you to let the pan cool down before cleaning it and to avoid using a scouring pad. Prefer a soft, synthetic sponge.
