Maximum quietness, minimum vibrations Even at low speeds, the operating sound of the new ARCTIC engine is barely perceptible. Due to sinus-magnetizing, the new motor generates only about 5% of the vibration from switching a normal DC motor without a filter. Consequently, there is no need for rubber spacers due to the constant and smooth torque of the new motor. Extended lifespan A 10 °C lower motor temperature roughly doubles the lifetime of a fan. The new motor has four times longer life due to the low temperature of the coil. 200 to 1800 RPM adjustable via PWM PST Thanks to the 4-pin connector, RPMs can be adjusted over a wide range via PWM. In this way, noise is kept to a minimum, while maximum cooling performance is guaranteed when needed. High quality bearings Thanks to an alloy/lubricant combination developed in Germany, friction within the bearing is reduced and greater efficiency is achieved. As a result, there is less heat build-up as well as less noise from the bearings, meaning you can enjoy longer life from your fan.
