Raspberry Pi Camera Module V3 Wide NoIR The new version of the Official Camera for the Raspberry Pi Camera Module 3 features the 12 megapixel IMX708 sensor with HDR and also features phase detection autofocus. Camera Module 3 is available in standard and wide versions, both available with or IR filter. The Camera Module V3 can be used to capture Full HD video as well as photos, and has an HDR function up to 3 megapixels. Its functionality is fully supported by the libcamera library, including the fast autofocus feature of Camera Module 3: this makes it easy to use for beginners, while offering plenty for advanced users. Camera Module 3 is compatible with all Raspberry Pi computers (except Zero which needs an adapter to use it). The PCB size and mounting holes remain the same as the previous version of Camera V2. The Z dimension is different: due to the improved optics, Camera Module 3 is several millimeters taller than Camera Module 2.
