Shipping costs are at customer's side.
You can send the products with normal Elta Post or ACS Courier or Elta Porta Porta Courier. If you choose Courier you can tell them to charge us the shipping costs and we will add the cost later when we send back your device. (5 euro for sending us your device and 5 euro to send it back total 10 euros shipping cost both ways)
