PRODUCTS FOR RETURN - RMA
If a product doesn't satisfy you or it is faulty you may return it after contact us in 14 days. After that day, we offer 1-24 months immediate replacement warranty for our imported products, the rest of our products covered by their respective limited warranties. Some accessories and repair parts like lcds, lasers etc. have only DOA warranty or have only warranty if installed by our tech stuff.
Parts returned must not show any signs of use or shall be void.
Parts must have their seals, protectors and be in their original packaging.
Each product's warranty is mentioned in bottom right each product's page. Please notice that half of the return shipping costs are at customer side.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS LIKE GAME CODES, SOFTWARE ETC CANNOT RETURNED.
We are not responsible for any data loss, you must keep a backup of your data before send the device to us.
